Sissach Frogs Trade: - Jordan Westburg, MI (BAL): $850K | $850K | $850K | Arb 1-3 - Lenyn Sosa, MI (CWS): $850K | $850K | $850K | Arb 1-3 - Estevan Florial, OF (CLE): MiLB
Samsung Lions Trade: - Brendan Rodgers, MI (COL): $3.2M | Arb 3 - Chris Martin, RP (BOS): $2.3M | FA - Brayden Taylor, CI (TB): MiLB
Rational: I initially reached out to Ryan to discuss how to get Taylor from him (because I just can't help myself with TCU guys), and it evolved into this deal. Westburg has been involved in a number of trade discussions this offseason, and I've been pretty hesitate to trade him up until this point. He's probably the best dynasty asset involved in this deal, but I've been looking for more consistent ABs this year from the MI position, and Rodgers fits the bill (health permitting of course) - so hoping that swap helps my team this season. Taylor is clearly a favorite of mine, and adding him to the farm gives me a longer term option to pair with Rodgers, varying up my team control after having so many prospects moving into the pre-arb phase last year (including Westburg & Sosa). With Florial being buried on the depth chart paired with the fact that I desperately need more quality arms in the bullpen, I had no problem scooping up Martin who could be thrust into a more prominent role if Jansen gets moved.
Great back and forth with Ryan here and best of luck to him next season.

Lions confirm.
When Judge reached out on Taylor, Westburg was a guy I wanted to focus on. I gave up some MLB depth as well to get him. And I’m hoping Florial will get a shot this year in a Cleveland outfield that is lacking depth.
Good dealing with Judge. Good luck!
