I had a question come in on international free agents. Since this isn't dealt with specifically in the constitution, here's the information:
- A free agent that is posted from overseas will follow their real life status in WLB. In other words, if they sign a free agent big league deal they will be a free agent here and will not be eligible for the 20 man minor league roster. If they enter the league like Ohtani did (which is extremely rare) on a team control contract, they will be available in the next milb draft and will be eligible for the 20 man minor league roster. - These players may not be signed or drafted here simply because they are posted. They must sign with an mlb team first.
